The following, which had been moved to the bottom of the calendar                                   
(page 1724), was again before the House:                                                            
                                                                                                    
      HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 29(FIN)                                                   
      "An Act making and amending appropriations and                                                
      reappropriations; making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c),                            
      Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget                           
      reserve fund; and providing for an effective date."
